Fulfillment and Shipping
We’ve now switched to a new warehouse and fulfillment partner. While our last fulfillment partner was “ok” most of the time, they let order processing slip to weeks in November of 2021 and November 2022. This then spiraled into even more delays in December 2022. We’d like to apologize to our customers for the slow service they got during those times. Our new fulfillment partner is a HUGE upgrade and is capable of consistent 1 - 2 day order processing. Most of the year, most shipments will have just 1 day of processing; during the November / December busy season, it will occasionally be 3 days processing, but even then mostly still 1 - 2 days. Their reliability and speed are excellent. Please give us another chance if our previous fulfillment partner fell below your expectations. We’ve really gotten our act together on this.
Our new canvas and aluminum wall art prints will be shipped separately from any tabletop items in your order (but wall art has free shipping, so don’t worry). The reason is that this wall art is being produced in over a dozen different countries so we can ship it to you from the closest production facility. Due to the nature of these products, each order is carefully packed with protective materials specifically designed to protect artwork during shipping (hard corners and bubble wrap are involved).

Website and Tech
We completely rebuilt this entire website from scratch. Our product overview pages are a little more helpful now. Our store section has better tech for switching between product lines. We’ve updated our contact page, about page, added a signup for reviewers to get free copies of our games, and added a new portal for retailers to buy directly form us. If you have a favorite local board game store, please tell them to sign up there and carry our games.
We’ve also fixed up lots of backend tech. When you order print-and-play versions of our games, the process to send you the digital files is a little less clunky (before, it relied on a very old, defunct version of the site that would partially show up as we gave you the files). Our order confirmation e-mails are much better now: they look nicer, have generally better formatting, and show pictures of each item you ordered to help you remember what’s what. Same with our shipping confirmation e-mails that give tracking info: they look better, but way more importantly, they will actually be sent to you reliably. (Our previous fulfillment partner was more and more prone to not sending tracking info over time, but now we’ve taken over the process to send these e-mails to you.)
